Breast Enhancement: "I am now 3 weeks post-op and I feel great"

I always thought about breast augmentation but, it was just a thought never a reality. My dad was diagnosed with cancer and within a year he died. I have learned that life is way too short to wait for things and if you really want something go for it don't wait. Once I decided to go for it I researched everyday online I got all the information I needed and went to 2 certified plastic surgeons. I picked the second one and had the surgery 3 weeks later. I went from a B cup to a C, under the muscle with the incision under the breast.

I took my pain pills as prescribed and was amazed I was not in horrible pain like some stories I had read. I actually asked my doctor if he went under the muscle because I couldn't believe that I wasn't in pain, just felt like tightening of my muscles.
I am now 3 weeks post-op and I feel great...I have bought many tops I could never buy before.. very exciting! One thing I would recommend before your BA is don't let people know about it unless you are ready for a possible let down and second I was afraid to go bigger but once my swelling went down I had gotten used to them bigger and I wish I had gone a little bigger. Good Luck. It was one of the best things I've ever done! My daughter likes them, I love them as for my husband words can't describe :)

Lucky girl! I am 3 days post-op and I have been really feeling the pain. It comes in spells, one minute I feel great and then the next I am hit with a wave a nausea and light headedness. The swelling hasn't been fun either- lots of ice packs later and I'm still dealing with the feeling of my skin stretching unbelievably tight over my chest. I am just hoping that in a few days I will start to remember why I wanted to do this in the first place.
