I am 25 year old a mother of two children...

I am 25 year old a mother of two children, When I decided that I would have breast augmentation It was after I had my son because I gained a lot of weight. I lost it rapidly, resulting in loss of volume in my breasts. I got tired of looking in the mirror and not having that proportioned body all the way around. I always knew that I was interested in this. So I decided to make a consultation. I tried on several different sized implants but was still undecided. I thought about this everyday, until I said I am going to make an appointment. I knew that I had no tolerance for pain, but It was something I felt I had to do. I knew I couldn't let my fear be the reason why I missed out on opportunities. So I called the doctor asked several more questions. (please do your research, I never knew how important this was)

I booked April, 26th 2007. So I did everything they told me to do the night before and followed instructions from there. I arrived at my appointment. I remember saying the whole way there "I'm scared!" LOL but I talked myself into it. When I got there my surgeon greeted me at the door. We discussed the size again to confirm. I was a (saggy) B, My goal was to achieve a full "C" or possible "D" cup, so it was recommended that I get 480cc and overfill them. It's different from trying them on and them inside your body. My plastic surgeon told me we would go under the muscle and he would make the incision on the areola. So we started the IV... next thing I remember they woke me up, and I was thinking y"ou never told me I was about to be asleep!" ... anyhow, I saw my breast they didn't look as big as I pictured them, but they were BIG!

I don't remember how I got in my car, or in my house I just remember waking up on my couch! Very groggy, didn't feel pain that first day, and I slept off and on that whole day for the first and second day. By the third day I walked around a little very bad pain, soreness can barely move my arms. It is very very important to have someone to help you the first 3 days. It has been a week I take my medications as needed, just for more comfort!

Now I'm waiting for my breasts to drop. They don't have a very cute shape yet. I think you do have to be strong mentally to see this through, because I had no idea what to expect after surgery. Now I know, and I would recommend this to anyone for the right reasons, because it will be your will to get you through. A week later and I'm anxious for the next months to come!!!
